Russian polyglot Artem Nazarov comes on the podcast to talk about his experience learning languages, including how he rapidly learnt similar languages and how his language learning got him featured on a Russian television show!
In this post I share my favourite resources and tips on how to learn Russian.
If you're a Russian learner you will definitely find this useful!
In this post I'll share a few ways you can take your iTalki tutoring to the next level, to improve your language skills faster than you imagined!
This week Conor and I get into discussing practical usages of the language, that is to say how do we become capable of turning our theory into practice in the real world.
Mindset is a huge factor in successfully learning languages. If you develop a bad mindset, then success is almost never going to happen. In this post today I'm explaining the difference between a good and a bad mindset and my experience with some of the common mindset pitfalls I have encountered. Enjoy!
Today's post won't be as lenghty as usual, because I am literally swamped with exam preparations. To add to this pressure I will also be going to the PolyGlotBerlin Gathering next week, where I'll be giving a talk – so the pressure is definitely on. This means that my Russian studies and by extension this blog will be running at slightly slower pace during the month or so. I will still strive to post at least one post a week and the weekly podcast, as I have done every week now so far.
