Our priority is the learner. Always.

Our mission is to provide comparisons and recommendations for foreign language learners, so they do not waste any unncessary time on poor learning products and overpriced solutions.

So, how do we make money? Our partners compensate us, at no additional cost to the learner. This can influence the positioning of certain elements on Actual Fluency, but it never influences our recommendations, and reviews which are based on years of experience in the field. AFP 61 – Michał Grześkowiak: Find and maintain motivation

(Last Updated On: April 27, 2020)

The podcast is back with another episode designed to inspire and motivate you. This week I'm joined by motivation expert, life coach, public speaker and overall great guy Michał Grześkowiak and we get back to basics on how to find and maintain motivation.

Michał Grześkowiak

One of the most important factors of language learning success is motivation, and although I believe the podcast is quite motivational already, sometimes I like to focus a bit extra on the subject.

The really cool thing about motivation is that it works for ALL areas of your life. Like we talk about in the episode, if you master motivation to learn languages you also understand what it takes to motivate yourself to do the dishes or improve your golf game.

Michał is extremely knowledgeable on this subject and provides a lot of hands-on tips you can use right away to improve your language learning. Be ready with pen and paper!

Show Notes

In this episode you will hear about:

  • How to get the right motivation to learn languages
  • How defining your purpose properly leads to better result
  • How to bounce back if you are struggling
  • How to motivate yourself to keep going
  • How motivation in language learning improves all areas of your life
  • and much more!
