On this episode I'm joined by NATIVE Esperanto speaker Gavan Fantom, to talk about how he was brought up with Esperanto as a first language. We also talk in great details about the language itself along with practical tips and suggestions on how to learn the language and join the community.
I used to have a fairly critical opinion of conlangs, but after having met so many amazing people at PolyGlotBerlin and getting an inside peek into the Esperanto movement. I know I'm going to learn it! How about you, how do you feel about conlangs and esperanto in particular?
Berlin Format and Audio Quality
The format of the next few weeks will be similar to that of the normal show, but it will be less formal. You might not even hear me do the stereotypical radio introduction.
The audio quality is the best I was able to obtain from a hotel room, so it will sound slightly inferior. I hope you enjoy the content from Berlin. Thank you to all the people who took the time to sit down with me and chat about languages.
