Each day, we'll email you with new deals, and a featured deal from our top 5 selection. You can unsubscribe from these emails specifically, at any time.
Near the end of the Black Friday period, we'll send final reminders when certain deals are closing so you don't miss out.
How we evaluate our top deals
With more than 30 deals typically available, it is an overwhelming project to find out which course or deal to go with. Especially for languages like Spanish, which often has many different deals you can choose from.
We've attempted to make this process a little easier, by featuring the top 5 deals of the year for you. These are what we consider the best of the best.
But, how do we select which ones get featured in the elusive top 5?
Our criteria are as follows:
Discount Percentage: How much is the product or service discounted? Is it a straight discount on the normal service, or has the company invented some kind of new product with a made up before price especially for Black Friday?
Quality: Is the product well-made? Is there substantial evidence that people have used it successfully? Has the company been around for a while or are they brand new?
Rarity: How often is the product or service significantly discounted?
Value for Money: Even with the discount in mind, what kind of value does the learner receive?
Each criteria receives a score of up to 25 points, for a theoretical maximum of 100. The 5 highest scoring deals are awarded our prestigious “TOP 5 Black Friday Deal 2024” award.
